This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is filed as an amendment to Art’s-Way Manufacturing Co., Inc.’s (the “Company”) Current Report on Form 8-K dated January 9, 2012 and filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on that date. The information previously reported in that Form 8-K is hereby incorporated by reference. This Form 8-K/A amends that Form 8-K to attach Exhibit 99.4, the press release announcing the Company’s presentation at the January 9, 2012 Sidoti & Company, LLC Micro-Cap Conference in New York, New York.
