LISTING OF SHARE OPTIONS

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV) is pleased to advise that following the announcement on 18 March 2024 it has today listed on the ASX share options ('Options') with exercise price $0.025 with expiry date 9 March 2026.

The Options will be listed with ASX code ARVOC. The Options were originally issued to shareholders who participated in capital raises which occurred in March 2023 and November 2023.

The Company has 165,888,884 options in this class and if exercised would raise approximately $4.1 million.
