Artemis Resources Limited (ASX: ARV) notes the latest announcement from GreenTech Metals Limited (ASX: GRE) regarding the discovery of a high-grade pegmatite lithium trend within the Osborne Joint Venture (JV) with reconnaissance rock chip assays of up to 3.6% Li2O. The Osborne JV (51% GRE: 49% ARV) covers exploration licence E47/3719 and is held under Artemis subsidiary company KML No 2 Pty Ltd. Under the terms of the joint venture Artemis retains the rights to all gold mineralisation and has the option to maintain its interest in the JV via contributing 49% of JV funding.
