Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001
Artemis Resources Limited gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 8,000,000 shares issued as set out in the Company’s Announcement dated 11 December 2017 and Appendix 3B of today’s date.
The Company issued 8,000,000 Shares without disclosure to the vendors of Elysian Resources Pty Ltd and Hard Rock Pty Ltd as detailed in the ASX announcements of 10 November 2017 and 11 December 2017, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:
(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.
As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
