Prospectus Lodged with the ASX

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV; FRA: ATY) the gold, copper and lithium focused resources company with projects in Western Australia, announces that on 15 March 2024 it lodged a prospectus with the ASX. The purpose of the Prospectus is to facilitate the listing on the ASX of 165,888,884 options with the expiry date 9 March 2026 and exercise price $0.025. These options were issued in relation to the placings announced on 8 November 2023 and 1 March 2023. The expected date of official quotation for the options is 19 March 2024.
