Board and Management Changes

The Directors of Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV, FRA: ATY, US: ARTTF) advise that Mr Mark Potter has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman as at today's date to focus on his other professional obligations.

Mr Guy Robertson will fill the role as an interim executive Chair, while the Company takes steps to make a permanent appointment.

Dr Simon Dominy, currently Technical Director will now also assume the role as the interim Chief Executive Officer.  

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for his service to the Company since early 2020.
