Artemis Resources Limited

("Artemis" or the "Company")

Completion of Osborne Nickel Heritage Survey

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX / AIM:ARV, Frankfurt: ATY, US OTCQB: ARTTF) is pleased to provide an update on the Osborne Nickel prospect, which is subject to a farm-in joint venture with GreenTech Metals Ltd (ASX: GRE), ("GreenTech").

Greentech has received approval for the program of works ("PoW") at Osborne, and a Heritage Clearance Survey has been completed.  GreenTech has planned up to 6 drill holes (~1,000 metres) for the RC drilling program at Osborne to test the target. This program is anticipated to commence in June following receipt of the heritage clearance report.

About the Osborne Nickel JV (Artemis 100%, GreenTech earning up to 51%)

The Osborne Nickel prospect, which is located 5km northeast of the Sholl B1 nickel-copper deposit, is a discrete VTEM anomaly that coincides with the contact between mafic and ultramafic intrusions of the Andover Intrusive Complex (Figure 1).  The target is modelled as dipping 30 - 45 deg to the north with the top of the target at a depth of around 155 -175m.

About Artemis Resources

Artemis Resources (ASX: ARV; AIM: ARV, FRA: ATY; US: ARTTF) is an Australian-based exploration and development company, led by an experienced team that has a singular focus on delivering shareholder value from its Pilbara gold projects - the Greater Carlow Gold Project in the West Pilbara and the Paterson Central exploration project in the East Pilbara.

About GreenTech

GreenTech is an exploration and development company primarily established to discover, develop, and acquire Australian and overseas projects containing minerals and metals that are used in the battery storage and electric vehicle sectors. GreenTech's founding projects are focused on the underexplored nickel, copper and cobalt in the West Pilbara and Fraser Range Provinces.

The green energy transition that is currently underway will require a substantial increase in the supply of these minerals and metals for the electrification of the global vehicle fleet and for the massive investment in the electrical grid, renewable energy infrastructure and storage.
