Resignation of Director

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX:ARV) (Artemis or Company) advises that Dr Simon Dominy, the Company's UK based director has indicated his intention to resign effective 9 January 2024.

The Company is currently undertaking a search for a replacement UK based director and will make an announcement in relation to an appointment in due course.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Dr Dominy for his contribution to the Company.
