Directorate changes

Artemis Resources Limited (AIM: WPHO), the Australian-based mining exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that George Jerry Ventouras has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

George is currently a Non-Executive Director of Errawarra Resources Ltd (ASX:ERW). Previously, he was joint-founder, non-executive director and General Manager of Apollo Consolidated Ltd, an ASX listed exploration company which was the subject of a successful c.$180 million takeover by Ramelius Resources Ltd. He has managed multiple businesses in various industries as has served as a Non-Executive Director on various ASX listed company boards and leading IPO teams.

Dr Simon Dominy has now relinquished the interim CEO role and will remain the Company's UK based Non-Executive Director.

Mr Daniel Smith has resigned as a director as of today's date, and the Board takes this opportunity to thank Daniel for his contribution to Artemis.
