Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

Artemis Resources Limited gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 152,686,277 shares as set out in the Appendix 2A dated 12 July 2024.

The Company issued 152,686,277 shares at $0.01275 per share as tranche 2 of the capital raise outlined in the ASX announcement dated 10 May 2024, without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

(b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.

This announcement has been approved by the Board.
