Request for Voluntary Suspension

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX:ARV) requests a voluntary suspension to the trading of the Company’s securities until release of an announcement concerning the capital raise in progress.

In accordance with listing rule 17.2 the company advises that:

1. The voluntary suspension is necessary as due to a bank holiday in the UK on the 31 May 2021 the Company is taking longer than anticipated to finalise the documentation from UK investors.

2. The Company wishes the voluntary suspension to last until as such time it makes an announcement to the market concerning the capital raise or Thursday 3 June 2021, whichever is the earlier.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
