ARTEMIS SPP CLOSING DATE 23 JULY 2019
Artemis Resources Limited (Artemis/the Company) (ASX:ARV) reminds shareholders that the closing date for applications for shares under its current Share Purchase Plan (SPP) is 5pm (WST) Tuesday 23 July 2019. There will be no extension to the closing date.
The SPP enables existing shareholders of the Company with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand at the record date 13 June 2019 to apply for up to $15,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at a 20% discount to the volume weighted average price (VWAP) for the 5 days prior to the issue date. The new shares will be free from brokerage and other transaction costs.
Personal entitlement forms for participation in the SPP were distributed to all eligible shareholders on 20 June 2019. To participate in the SPP shareholders are able to make application via BPAY® (details are on the personal application form), or alternatively make application directly to the Company by completing the personal application form and lodging it together with an accompanying cheque or money order for payment of the shares.
