. Request for Voluntary Suspension

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX:ARV) requests a voluntary suspension to the trading of the company’s securities until the earlier of an announcement in relation to the capital raise in progress or Tuesday 15 October 2019.

In accordance with listing rule 17.2 the company advises that:

1. The voluntary suspension is necessary as the Company requires additional time to finalise the capital raising referred to above.

2. The company wishes the voluntary suspension to last until as such time it makes an announcement to the market concerning details of the capital raising or Tuesday 15 October 2019, whichever is the earlier.

3. The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
