Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

Artemis Resources Limited gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 184,375,000 shares issued as set out in the Appendix 3B dated 23 October 2019.

The Company issued 184,375,000 shares at 3.2 cents (raising $5.9 million, before costs) to professional and sophisticated investors without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
