Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

Artemis Resources Limited gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 45,000,000 shares issued as set out in the Company’s Announcements dated 30 and 31 January 2018 and 5 February 2018 and Appendix 3B of today’s date.

The Company issued 45,000,000 Shares without disclosure to Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd, Deutsche Balaton AG and institutional clients of Patersons Securities Limited, as detailed in the above announcements, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
