ARTEMIS LISTS OPTIONS ON ASX – ASX Code ARVO.
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX Code: ARV) is pleased to advise that it has listed the only class of options it has on issue on the ASX which are now trading under ASX Code : ARVO.
The options have an exercise price of $0.02 and an expiry date of 30 September 2017.
The Company has 115,446,599 options on issue. In the event all options are exercised the Company will raise approximately $2.3 million.
With the current share price well above the option price it is expected that current options holders will realise value in exercising or trading their options.
Funds raised through the exercise of options will assist the Company in executing the exciting development programmes in its West Pilbara portfolio¹.
