Artemis to Complete Capital Raise of $525,500
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX: ARV) is pleased to advise that it has received firm commitments to complete a capital raising of $525,500 (before costs) through the issue of 350,333,333 shares at $0.0015 each. Completion is expected on or around 21 November 2016.
These funds will be used to further exploration activities as outlined in recent announcements. This will include:
