ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Artemis Rights Issue
On 24[th] September 2015 Artemis Resources Limited (ASX Code: ARV) (“Artemis” or “the Company”) announced a pro rata renounceable rights issue to raise $3.34 million, before costs.
The Rights Issue was subject to a minimum subscription of $2.3 million.
The Rights Issue has closed with entitlement and shortfall applications for a total of approximately $1,093,000 received. Accordingly, the minimum subscription has not been met.
The Company will consider alternative funding options, including placement of the shortfall and will make an announcement on or before 6 November 2015 in this regard. Funds received under the prospectus will be dealt with in accordance with the Corporations Act and Listing Rules.
