ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Artemis Rights Issue Update
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX Code: ARV) (“Artemis” or “the Company”) advises that it has made further progress in finalising the rights issue announced on 24[th] September 2015.
While this progress is encouraging it has not as yet achieved the minimum subscription of $2.3 million.
The Company proposes to take a further week to achieve this objective failing which it will consider alternative funding options. Funds received under the prospectus will be dealt with in accordance with the Corporations Act and Listing Rules.
