Artemis Rights Issue Update

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX Code: ARV) (“Artemis” or “the Company”) advises that it has made further progress in finalising the rights issue announced on 24[th] September 2015.

The Company proposes to take a further week to achieve this objective before it will consider alternative funding options. Funds received under the prospectus will be dealt with in accordance with the Corporations Act and Listing Rules.
