ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Artemis Rights Issue Update and Annual General Meeting
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX Code: ARV) (“Artemis” or “the Company”) advises that it has made further progress in finalising the rights issue announced on 24[th] September 2015.
The Company anticipates making an announcement on the amount raised and the shortfall in the week beginning 30 November 2015. Funds received under the prospectus will be dealt with in accordance with the Corporations Act and Listing Rules.
The Board has resolved that resolution 12 Approval of Consolidation of Shares, and Resolution 13 Change of Name of the Company will not be put to the Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2015.
