The listed Artemis Resources Limited (‘ARV’ or ‘Artemis’ or ‘Company’) Options (ASX code: ARVO) numbering 126,846,952 and convertible into one ordinary fully paid ARV share on the payment of 1.2 cents, expire on 31 March 2014.

The option exercise price is $0.012 and the underlying securities have traded in the range of $0.003 to $0.013 in the last 12 months, and in the range of $0.003 and $0.006 in the last six months. Artemis has not sent individual notices (as required by Appendix 6A) to option holders regarding the expiry of the options.

Artemis does not expect any option holders to exercise these options before expiry.

Below is the information required under Appendix 6A – clause 6.1 (a) to (j) to be supplied to Option holders:

1. The number of Listed Options held is 126,846,952 and the number of securities to be issued upon conversion is 126,846,952;

2. The exercise price of the Options is 1.2 cents each;

3. The Options are due to expire at 5.00pm (EST) on 31 March 2014;

4. If payment is not received by 5.00pm (EST) on 31 March 2014, the Options will lapse with no value and no further entitlement will exist;

5. The quotation of the Options will cease at the close of trading on Monday 24 March 2014;

6. The latest available market share price on the ASX at the close of trading on 18 March 2014 is $0.004.

7. During the last 3 months the highest closing share price of the Company’s ordinary shares was $0.005 on 31 January 2014 and the lowest closing price was $0.003 cents on 3 March 2014;

8. During the last 3 months there has been no market for the Listed Options, and there has been only one trade of the Listed Options on 1 October 2013 at $0.001; and

9. The Listed Options are not underwritten.
