Weerianna Acquisition

Artemis are currently undertaking a due diligence review of the Weerianna Gold Deposit.

The exploration target is 80,000 to 290,000 ounces (1 to 3 million tonnes at 2.5 to 3 g/t).

Artemis’ announcement on 23 June 2011 made reference to the potential of the Weerianna gold deposit to host 250,000 plus ounces of gold, which is within the exploration target range.

The terms “Target” or “Exploration Target” where used in this announcement should not be misunderstood or misconstrued as an estimate of a Mineral Resource as defined in the JORC Code and therefore the terms have not been used in this context. Exploration Targets are conceptual in nature, there has been insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain further exploration will result in the determination of a Mineral Resource.
