DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT / RESIGNATION
The Board of Artemis is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr George Frangeskides as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Frangeskides previously served as a Director of the Company from 17 January 2011 to 28 September 2011.
Mr Frangeskides has a broad range of experience gained from over fifteen years in the legal and corporate advisory sectors in London and Sydney.
Mr Frangeskides is an Executive Director at Berwick Capital, a corporate advisory firm which specialises in natural resources and which advises ASX and AIM-listed companies on transactions in the mining and oil and gas sectors. Prior to establishing Berwick Capital, Mr Frangeskides practised for several years as a corporate lawyer, including at international law firms Clifford Chance in London and Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney.
Mr Frans Voermans resigns from the Board as of 15 August 2012. The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Voermans for his contribution to the Board as a Director over the last three years.
