Board Changes
The Directors of Artemis Resources Limited (“ARV” or “Artemis”) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Graham Libbesson as a Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Artemis, following the resignation of Mr Sevag Chalabian as a Director of Artemis.
Mr Libbesson has commerce and law degrees and is a qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in the area of taxation, commercial and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions. Mr Libbesson is also the Chairman of East Coast Minerals NL.
The Board of Artemis would like to thank Mr Chalabian for his contribution to the Company. Mr Chalabian’s decision to resign as a director was made due to his other business interests and the time that these interests were now taking and that as a result he was unable to devote sufficient amount of time to Artemis.
Mr Libbesson will act as Non Executive Chairman. However, he will assist the company and management in pursing their objectives.
