Artemis Resources Limited (ASX:ARV) today announces the appointment of Guy Robertson (B. Com (Hons.) CA) as Company Secretary. Guy Robertson has over 25 years experience in both public and private companies in both Australia and Hong Kong.
John Hartigan has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 13 November 2009.
The Board welcomes Guy Robertson to his new role and thanks John Hartigan for his contribution during his term as Company Secretary.
