Change of Auditor
In compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Artemis Resources Limited (the “Company”) advises that effective today, HLB Mann Judd has been appointed auditors of the Company.
In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001 , a resolution will be placed at the 2019 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of HLB Mann Judd as the Company’s auditor.
The change follows the resignation of the Company’s previous auditor, Hall Chadwick, in accordance with Section 329(5) of the C orporations Act , effective today.
The change reflects the operations of the Company substantially being in Western Australia. The Board wishes to thank Hall Chadwick Sydney for the service provided over a number of years.
