Cancellation of Ordinary Shares from Treasury

The Board of the Company announces that it has cancelled from treasury 108,206 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each.

Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital comprises 41,133,474 Ordinary shares, of which 152,500 are held in treasury and 6,853,639 Subscription shares (which carry no voting rights). Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will be 40,980,974 Ordinary shares.

The above figure (40,980,974) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
