Artemis Alpha Trust plc (the "Company")

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has today declared the payment of a first interim dividend of 1.75p per ordinary share in respect of the year to 30 April 2018.

This dividend will be paid on 26 January 2018, to shareholders on the register as at 29 December 2017. The ex-dividend date is 28 December 2017.

It is expected that the Company's half-yearly results for the six months ended 31 October 2017 will be announced on or around 12 January 2018.
