ARTEMIS ALPHA TRUST PLC  (the "Company")

Completion of Sale of Unlisted Equity Investment

Further to the announcement on 25 July 2018, the Company confirms it received proceeds of £6.5m from the sale of Metapack last week. Accordingly, the positive impact on NAV was 0.80% reflecting the premium over carrying value previously described.

Following this, the Company's exposure to unlisted equities is 12.2%.
