FINAL EXERCISE OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

16 JANUARY 2018

Further to the announcement on 10 January 2018 in respect of the final exercise of the Company's subscription shares of one penny each (the "Subscription Shares"), the trustee appointed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Shares has confirmed to the Company that it does not intend to exercise the outstanding Subscription Shares and therefore the rights attaching to such shares will lapse with nil value.  The trustee's decision is final and binding on all holders of outstanding Subscription Shares.  The outstanding Subscription Shares will therefore be cancelled in due course.
