Mr Kumar now holds 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Further, a connected person to Mr Kumar, Miss Tansy Aspinall, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares on Monday, 29 October 2018 at a price of 292.00 pence per share. Miss Aspinall now holds 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
