Artemis Alpha Trust plc announces that Adrian Paterson, who co-manages the Company with John Dodd, has acquired a further 57,355 ordinary shares in the Company. 

Mr Paterson now holds 1,963,211 ordinary shares, 4.79% of the total voting rights in the Company.
