Diepholz, January 16, 2013 - artec technologies AG was just awarded the
contract for the delivery of a state-of-the-art video-management software
package to a major Slovakian bank. The internationally acknowledged
manufacturer of network-based video surveillance, broadcast confirmation,
and IPTV systems together with its system partner, EMM International of
Bratislavia, came out on top in the recent bidding process.

The joint project provides for equipping the headquarters as well as all
associated branches with the artec technologies' own video surveillance and
management software. This will enable the major Slovakian bank to centrally
manage its more than 1,000 installed video cameras - both analog and
digital. In order to maintain such centralized surveillance as well as
remote configuration of the equipment in all branches, artec will deploy
the newest generation of its recently developed, comprehensive solution.
The joint project will be implemented during the period from February to
September, 2013.

This underscores again artec technologies' competitive capacities and
constantly evolving run of success in internationally contested bid
offerings - even against more renowned players in the market. 'After our
