In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons' read with the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 30th September, 2020 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2020 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
