This is to inform you that Mrs. Manjari Ashok Kacker, Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of the Company due to personal commitments with effect from the close of business hours of 01st November, 2021. Mrs. Manjari Ashok Kacker has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation, other than those mentioned in her resignation letter.
