Arrow Minerals Ltd (ASX: AMD) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Arrow Minerals Ltd (‘AMD’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AMD, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 February 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 Arrow Minerals Limited (ASX: AMD) ( Arrow or the Company ) hereby requests that the securities of the Company be placed into a trading halt with immediate effect.
The trading halt is requested in respect of a proposed capital raising.
Arrow requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 15 February 2023 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
