APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Arrow Minerals ( Arrow or the Company ) (ASX:AMD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Hugh Bresser as an Executive Director effective immediately. Mr Bresser, who will serve on the Arrow Board in the capacity of Technical Director, has a career in exploration spanning more than 25 years. He has served in executive roles with Billiton, BHP Billiton and Birimian Ltd and has held board positions in several listed companies.

Mr Bresser has significant experience in mineral exploration, executive management, mergers and acquisitions, governance, government and community relations in the global resources industry. He holds a BSc (Hons – First Class) in geology from James Cook University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Mt Eliza. Mr Bresser is a Member of the AusIMM and AIG.

Commenting on the appointment, Arrow Chairman Frazer Tabeart said:

“As Arrow moves from greenfield exploration to expanding its existing deposits and growing the Company, the appointment of Mr Bresser adds a level of expertise in technical and corporate aspects of exploration that will allow us to move ahead rapidly, efficiently and effectively. Hugh’s expertise has been well demonstrated in global companies such as BHP Billiton, as well as in Africa-focussed enterprises such as Birimian Ltd.

We are delighted to welcome Hugh to the board and to the technical team. He will join a group of experienced professionals that have taken assets from acquisition to discovery in less than two years and will boost that capability to add value.”

The material terms of Mr Bresser’s consultancy agreement for the provision of services are set out in the attachment.

Summary of material terms of Consultancy Agreement

Consultancy Entity	Milagro Ventures Pty Ltd
Executive	Hugh Bresser
Commencement Date	5 July 2021
Term	The term will end on 30 June 2023, unless terminated earlier orextended by mutual agreement.
Fees	Consultancy fee of $264,000 per annum (excluding GST)
Termination provisions	Either party may terminate the agreement three month notice inwriting.The Company may also summarily terminate without in certaincircumstances including gross misconduct.
Other terms	The Consultancy Agreement also includes standard terms coveringconfidentiality and intellectual property.
