On July 30, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its second quarter 2012 earnings. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as an Exhibit 99.1. In that press release registrant made reference to a CFO commentary that supplemented the company’s earnings release. A copy of the CFO commentary is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
