Arriyadh development company announces its financial results for the first Quarter ending at 31/03/2011(three months).

1 The company s net profit during the first quarter was SR28.6 million compared to SR22.8 million for the same quarter last year with an increase of 25% And compared to SR25.9 million for the last quarter with an increase of 10%

2 The company s gross profit during the first quarter was SR 33.6 million compared to SR 26.80 Million for the same quarter last year with an increase of 25%

3 - The company s income from operation during the first quarter was SR 29.50 Million compared to SR23.2 million for the same quarter last year with an increase of 27%

4 The Earnings per share during three months was SR 0.29 compared to SR 0.23 For the same period last year.

5 the main reasons for the increase in profit of first quarter 2011 compared to the first quarter and fourth quarter for 2010 are mainly due to the revenue from main activity growth .The chairman of the company's board that the growth rate continues to increase quarter on quarter and thankfully this is a matter of trust and confidence about the future of the company.
