Accordingly, Arriyadh Development Company announces the transfer of all administrative and financial powers to manage the company to the Chief Executive Officer,
Mr. Jihad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Qadi, and the termination of the appointment of the Managing Director, Mr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Bahouth, based on his desire, as of 31/12/2021 AD, with his membership in the Board of Directors Administration.
The Board of Directors also expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Bahouth for his outstanding performance and great efforts during the period in which he assumed the position of Managing Director of the company
