Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements from Arribatec Group ASA (the “Company”) regarding the offer of up to 350 million new shares (“Offer Shares”) in a rights issue, raising gross proceeds of NOK 35 million (the “Rights Issue”).

The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the “Subscription Period”) expires today, 29 January 2025 at 16:30 hours (CET).

Subscriptions for Offer Shares must be made within the expiry of the Subscription Period and may either be made through the VPS online subscription system or by submitting a correctly completed subscription form to Arctic Securities (acting as manager for the Rights Issue).

Arctic Securities AS act as manager in the Rights Issue.
