Share issue related to the settlement of earn out obligation related to the acquisition of Integra Associates Limited

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 19 December 2023 regarding a decision by the Board of Directors of Arribatec Group ASA to increase the share capital to settle the earn out obligation.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 1,441,675.20 through the issuance of 514,844 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.8.

The new share capital is thus 194,802,176.80, divided by 69,572,206 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.8.
