Arribatec Group ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Oslo 13 April 2022 - Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") of 7 April 2022 concerning the successful completion of a private placement of 100,000,000 new shares.

The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 191,772,857.92 divided by 684,903,064 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
