Arribatec Group ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Oslo 28bAugust 2022 - Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") of 13 July 2022 concerning the completion of the subsequent offering of 3,625,153 new subsequent offering shares.

The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 192,787,900.92 divided by 688,528,217 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
