Arribatec Group ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Oslo 24 November 2022 - Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") of 11 October 2021, concerning the acquisition of Integra Associated Ltd.

In connection with this acquisition, the Company has issued a total of 2,045,000 new shares. The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 193.360.500,76 divided by 690,573,217 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
