Arribatec Solutions ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from Arribatec Solutions ASA (the "Company") of 17 December 2020, concerning the issue of 12,423,200 new shares in connection with the acquisition of Fácil AS.

The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 120 681 828,68 divided by 431 006 531 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
