Arribatec Solutions ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from Arribatec Solutions ASA (the "Company") of 1 December 2020, concerning the closing of the acquisition of Innit AS. In connection with the acquisition, the Company has issued a total of 5,606,400 new shares.

The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 123,231,620.12 divided by 440,112,929 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
