Arribatec Group ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Oslo 18 August 2021 - Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notification from Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") of 17 December 2021, concerning the acquisition of Maksit AS.

In connection with this acquisition, the Company has issued a total of 5,000,000 new shares. The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 128,831,620.12 divided by 460,112,929 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
