Registration of new share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") on 19 December 2019 regarding the issue of 7,164,688 new shares in the Company, each with a nominal value of NOK 1, at a subscription price per share of NOK 1.20, in a private placement towards Tycoon Industrier AS.

The share capital increase relating to the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK 23,242,091.00 divided on 23,242,091 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.

The new shares are issued on a separate ISIN in VPS until and subject to publication by the Company of a listing prospectus to be approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
